How Do I Place An Order?
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Ohio State at the local tax rate. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at 917.664.4895.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email notification. We apologize, but do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shelf Life of Body + Skincare Items
We do not use any unnatural preservatives in our products. Therefore, they do have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Please keep all body and skin care products out of direct sunlight and at, or below room temperature in order to retain freshness for as long as possible. In the rare and unforeseen event that your purchase includes a product that does not meet freshness standards, please contact us right away so that we can address the issue in the best way possible.
Returns + Refunds
Your happiness is our top priority and we will do our very best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 917.664.4895 right away so that we can do our best to make it right. Please keep in mind that the majority of the products included in your kit are handmade and 100% natural so they may have slight variations from batch to batch, i.e. slight color, shape or scent variations.
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com or 917.664.4895 and we will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery and proof of damage is provided.
Please note that The MedSalve Company is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The MedSalve Company.
